Room Hire Charges

The Conference and Meeting rooms at Plas Dolerw are let by the hour, although a minimum charge applies.

Conference and Meeting rooms - Hourly rate

Charities: £7.50 + VAT per hour (minimum charge £18.75 + VAT)
Non-charities: £15 + VAT per hour (minimum charge £30 + VAT)

This rate applies to both the Conference and Meeting rooms at any time of the day between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturdays.

Interview room - Half-day rate, a.m. or p.m.

Charities: £3 + VAT
Non-charities £6 + VAT

Equipment

All equipment is available free of charge, but must be booked in advance.

  • Flipcharts
  • OHP
  • Screen
  • Dataprojector/laptop
  • Smartboard (available in Meeting room only)

Photocopying can be undertaken

B/W at 5p + VAT per single sided A4 copy
Colour at 20p + VAT per single sided A4 copy

Refreshments

Tea/coffee/biscuits: 70p + VAT per head

Buffets (including tea/coffee/biscuits) from £7.50 + VAT per head
